Pilates Mat

The method was invented by the German Joseph Hubertus Pilates (1883-1967). Classical mat training consists of 34 exercises that equally train breathing, concentration, body control, strength, flexibility, coordination, and fluidity of movement.

The exercises lead to improved posture, enhanced body awareness, and increased well-being.

In our mat classes, we combine contemporary Pilates exercises with the classic repertoire.
