Germaine Lauterburg
Fascinated by movement and the human body, I decided to study sports science at the University of Basel in 2003.
During my studies, I discovered the fascination of Pilates, as well as GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS. After completing my studies, I took the plunge into self-employment in 2007 and opened my first Pilates studio on Lake Zurich.
Through my many years of experience in the training and sports sector, I have acquired a wealth of valuable knowledge over nearly 25 years.
